SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the SMS text messaging program operated by ChandlerFilms, which operates pryzmlab.io. By participating, the recipient agrees to these terms.

Program description

The program delivers automated operational notifications — production schedule confirmations, deadline reminders, and task follow-up prompts — to the ChandlerFilms proprietor and consenting production crew. Recipients reply Y or N to confirm, decline, or reschedule. No marketing or promotional content is sent.

Consent

Recipients opt in verbally. Before any number is added to the platform, ChandlerFilms reads a consent script aloud and records the person's spoken agreement. The full script and enrollment procedure are published at /sms-consent. There is no public sign-up form and no keyword opt-in.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies according to production schedule and activity, typically 3-15 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving messages. A single confirmation message will be sent, after which no further messages will be delivered. To resume, reply START.

Supported carriers and delivery

Delivery is subject to the effective transmission of the recipient's mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control, including network conditions, device settings, and carrier filtering.

Privacy

Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the SMS Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Revisions take effect when posted to this page.
