Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (email, auth identifiers), billing status, the prompts you type and files you upload, your saved looks and ratings, and technical logs for security and reliability. If you buy as a guest, we collect only the email you provide to deliver your file and receipt. Card numbers are handled by Stripe — we don't store them.

Who processes your data

We share the minimum necessary with vendors that process data for us:

Stripe (incl. Connect) — payments, subscriptions, seller payouts & identity checks.
Anthropic (Claude) — interpreting your prompts and moderating uploaded listing images. Your prompt text and uploaded reference images are sent to Anthropic to produce results.
Cloudflare — hosting, file storage, database, edge compute, and error/health monitoring.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR / CCPA), you may access, correct, delete, export, or restrict your data, or object to processing. Contact contact@pryzmlab.io to make a request.
