SMS Consent Script

This page publishes the exact consent language used to enroll recipients in the ChandlerFilms operational SMS notification program. It is provided so that carriers and messaging reviewers can verify how consent is captured.
Consent script, read verbatim
Before any mobile number is added to the notification platform, the ChandlerFilms administrator reads the following statement to the person and records their spoken agreement:

“Do you agree to receive automated operational text messages from ChandlerFilms, including production schedule confirmations, deadline reminders, and task follow-up prompts? Message frequency varies, approximately 3-15 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.”
Enrollment procedure
- The administrator reads the consent script above, verbatim, to the prospective recipient.
- The recipient states their agreement aloud.
- The administrator records the date, the recipient's name, and the spoken agreement in the ChandlerFilms internal onboarding record.
- Only then is the mobile number entered into the notification platform configuration.
How consent is limited
There is no public sign-up form, no web form, and no keyword opt-in for this program. A number can only be added by the ChandlerFilms administrator following the procedure above. No consent is purchased, shared, transferred, or obtained from any third party, and consent collected for this program is not used for any other program.
Opting out
Recipients may reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests take effect immediately.
