SMS Privacy Policy

This policy describes how ChandlerFilms, which operates pryzmlab.io, handles information in connection with its SMS text messaging program.
Mobile information sharing
Scope of this program
This SMS program is operated by ChandlerFilms for internal operational use. Messages are sent to the proprietor and to production crew members who have consented to receive them. The system does not accept public subscriptions and does not maintain a marketing distribution list. Only numbers explicitly provisioned by ChandlerFilms receive messages.
Information we collect
- Mobile phone number — the recipient numbers configured by ChandlerFilms.
- Message content and replies — the operational prompts sent and the confirmations or responses returned, used to maintain production records.
- Delivery metadata — timestamps and delivery status returned by the carrier.
How information is used
Solely to deliver operational notifications and record responses. Not used for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose involving third parties.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message content necessarily passes through our telecommunications provider (Twilio) and the recipient's mobile carrier in order to be delivered; these providers process the data solely to transmit messages. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies according to production schedule and activity. Typical volume is approximately 3-15 messages per day.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by the recipient's mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting out
Recipients may reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data retention
Message records are retained by ChandlerFilms for as long as they remain useful for production record-keeping and may be deleted at any time. Records held by our telecommunications provider are retained according to that provider's own retention schedule.
Security
Credentials and message records are stored on ChandlerFilms-controlled devices. Access to the messaging account is protected by authentication controls provided by our telecommunications provider.
Children's privacy
This program is not directed to individuals under 18 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Revisions take effect when posted to this page.
